Shipping policy

processing

orders are processed within 3-5 business days. during new releases, processing may take a little longer. you'll get an email with tracking once your order ships.

where we ship

we currently ship within the united states. shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

lost or delayed packages

once a package is with the carrier, delivery times are up to them. if your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, email us and we'll help sort it out with the carrier.

address changes

please double-check your shipping address at checkout. if you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll try to update it before your order ships.
